Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.

Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item like an armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced with another of the same kind, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of an item for example, increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage caused by melee and weapons and spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To make them, you'll need a higher level reroll token. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
As opposed to other tokens or markers placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays in the space until the next Success result is repeated. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they display an explanation and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
During the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on the choice of Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. They can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear, players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The menu will appear that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets players boost the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is reached.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as an icon of blue next to their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. When the player has enough items by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.
improve items of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will not be available to it. Likewise, once an item reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to provide an added bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. Requirements

Certain items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but more because it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display an in-game window that lists the requirements required for that item. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will add an item in your inventory when you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how far to completing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
